Children aged three (03) to twelve (12) are welcomed based on Children Fare
Due to the significance and intensity of The Grand Getaway’s audiovisual effects, infants/toddlers below age three (03) and senior citizens with medical sensitivities may not be suitable to attend
Individual Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of MYR 100 per person is required upon confirmation
Full payment is required on dining day via cash or credit/debit card
Group Payment Terms
A non-refundable 50% deposit from total fare is required upon confirmation
Full payment required on the dining day via cash or credit/debit card

Flight Capacity
Kindly note that our flight requires a minimum capacity of 20 persons in order to take off smoothly.
In the event that the number of passengers on your booked date does not meet the minimum requirement, our Guest Experience Ambassador will reach out to you in advance to assist on flight rescheduling.

Boarding Time
To enjoy a fully immersive experience, please be on time as boarding gates will close 15 minutes prior to departure time and you may be denied boarding once gates are closed

Table and Seating Assignments
Table assignments will be arranged at the discretion of our Guest Experience Ambassador subject to the suitability of group size
Social Distancing Protocol
In view of physical distancing guidelines and dedicated seating islands, please be informed that your assigned table may be shared by other guests
Parking
Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur offers valet service and basement self-parking bays. Only Touch N’ Go and credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) are accepted for entry to self-parking bays. Valet parking is chargeable at MYR 40 nett per entry, while attending guests who self-park are entitled to a flat rate of MYR 17 nett per entry, which can be validated at the venue.
